A number of antifungal agents are widely used in treatment infections, but some drugs sometimes have unpleasant side effects. This prompted researchers to examine contents natural ingredients activity, one which cinnamon. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii) contains several chemical compounds including cinnamaldehyde eugenol components Objective: analyze effectiveness cinnamon against albicans. Materials Methods: The research was performed laboratory experiment calculates diameter inhibition using agar-well diffusion method. 25 samples tested were cultured SDA (Saboroud Dextrose Agar) medium. Variations concentrations extract 25%, 50%, 75%, nystatin suspension (positive control), aquades (negative control).
